I'm Krystal Faticoni, a North Carolina and South Carolina REALTOR® and Broker who specializes in helping first-time homebuyers, relocating families, and buyers interested in new construction communities throughout the Greater Charlotte area.
As someone who personally relocated to Charlotte from New Jersey, I understand firsthand the challenges that come with moving to a new area. From choosing the right neighborhood and schools to understanding commute times, taxes, and local market trends, I help my clients make informed decisions with confidence.
For first-time buyers, my goal is to simplify the process and remove the uncertainty.
